Return and Replacement Policy
At SNG Cosmetics and Wellness, your happiness is our topmost priority!
We work tirelessly to delight you with our products and make you feel special.
We understand that skincare is a personal purchase, for this reason, SNG Cosmetics and Wellness offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return/replacement request of a product within 24 hours of its delivery. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.
We will gladly issue a full refund for any full priced unopened merchandise on fulfilment of following terms and conditions:
1.1. SNG Cosmetics and Wellness does not accept Return and/or Replacement of products once sold or delivered. However, Returns and/or Replacements are subject to consideration only if the product delivered is Wrong or Defective.
1.2. If you are dissatisfied with the purchased product received from SNG Cosmetics and Wellness, in the event where the product is Wrong or there are defects and deficiencies in the product (attributable to, and accepted by SNG Cosmetics and Wellness after due verification at its sole discretion) you may initiate a request by mailing us on care@sngcosmetics.in for returning the product within 24 hours of delivery.
1.3. Subject to the terms of Return, Refund and Replacement Policy, you are required to produce a copy of the original invoice and image of the defective or wrong product at the time of placing a request for return of products.
1.4. For placing a return, you are required to self-ship the product to SNG Cosmetics and Wellness’s shipping warehouse, the address of which will be intimated to you upon placing such a request of return.
1.5. Return or Replacement of Products will be taken into consideration by SNG Cosmetics and Wellness only if the returned products are subject to the following defects or deficiencies: 1. If the product delivered has crossed its expiry date. 2. If the product has any leakage or spillage issue. 3. If the product delivered is wrong. 4. If the product has missing parts or accessories.
1.6. Return and Replacement of Products delivered will not be accepted: 1. If the product is used or opened. 2. If the product is damaged due to misuse/ overuse. 3. If the product is a free product. 4. If the product is without original packaging, tags, labels, freebies or other accessories. 5. If the serial no. or barcode of the product has been tampered. 6. If the products are brought in any sale period. 7. If the product is a free product provided by brand.
1.7. Return or Replacement of Products will be acknowledged only if they are returned in a saleable and unused condition with the original receipt/tags intact in their original packaging in an unimpaired condition, subject to the following terms:
1. Returns or Replacement will be subject to scrutiny and inspection by SNG Cosmetics and Wellness.
2. Damages due to improper usage or negligence will not be subject to protection under this Policy.
3. After the Return or Replacement request has been accepted, the said process will be completed within 7-10 business days.
4. In case of Replacement, it will be subject to availability of the stock. In case where Replacement will not be possible, the amount will be refunded.
Refund Policy
2.1. Once your request for Return is received and inspected, a mail notifying the approval or rejection of the Refund will be sent to you.
2.2. SNG Cosmetics and Wellness shall not be required to make any Refund, if the product is ineligible for a Return, based on the quality checks as mentioned above.
2.3. If the Return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit with respect to the same will be applied to the original method of payment and will be reflected in 10 -15 working days. If you have opted for cash on delivery option for payment, SNG Cosmetics and Wellness shall process the refund to your bank account subject to the information provided by you.
2.4. It is expressly clarified that shipping charge (at the time of delivery) will not be inclusive in the refund value of the order.
2.5. If SNG Cosmetics and Wellness does not receive the returned product or the package containing such product is empty, you are required to furnish the ‘proof of delivery’ for the same. It is specifically clarified that any refunds shall be processed by SNG Cosmetics and Wellness only upon receiving the returned Products and conducting the required quality checks only.
2.6. Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items/free items are not subject to refund policy.
Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed through www.sngcosmetics.in cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be made once an order has been successfully placed through www.sngcosmetics.in

Parcel - RTO/Undelivered Policy (Returned to Origin / Undelivered Shipment)
Our logistics partner will deliver the parcel and will couple of attempts in case parcel is not delivered in a single attempt.
After couple of such attempts if parcel is still undelivered, the logistics partner sends the parcel back to our warehouse. This is called Return to Origin (RTO).
RTO/Undelivered can happen in following of the cases:
- Buyer refuses to accept the shipment
- Delivery address provided by buyer is incorrect
- Delivery address provided by buyer is incomplete
- Delivery address provided by the buyer is not found
- Delivery address provided by buyer is permanently closed
- Buyer is not reachable over the phone
- Due to uncertain events or policies / rules / laws imposed by Government which can impact deliveries in certain pin codes.
For the above:
1. SNG Cosmetics and Wellness is not liable for any parcel undelivered due any/all of the above or any other case not mentioned above.
2. SNG Cosmetics and Wellness is not liable/will not take any responsibility for customer inputs in form of contact details, phone number, address, pin code, name etc.
3. In any of such above events, shipping costs will be charged for both to & fro at actuals. For pre-paid orders same will be deducted during the refund process. For COD, the buyer will have to make online payment for the shipping costs.
4. Delivery address cannot be corrected/edited once parcel is dispatched from warehouse. In case, the buyer wishes to edit/correct the delivery address, an email has to be sent on care@sngcosmetics.in within 2 hours of placing the order. Any changes after 2 hours will not be entertained.
